You represent that you are at least the minimum age required to use Discord in your region and that you have authority to bind any organization on whose behalf you use the Service (for example, as a server owner or administrator with permission to install bots and configure billing).

TempBot provides Discord server tools including temporary roles, optional support tickets (panels, categories, transcripts, surveys, and related workflows), temporary voice or text channel hubs, logging, automation, rewards, license keys, and integrations where enabled by your plan. An optional web dashboard lets you configure the bot per guild. Features, rate limits, plan gates, and availability may change; we will use reasonable efforts to avoid disruptive changes without notice. We may suspend or discontinue parts of the Service with reasonable notice where practicable, or immediately where required for abuse, risk, security, or legal reasons.

Dashboard access uses Discord OAuth. You are responsible for all activity under your account, for keeping your Discord account secure, and for configuring bot permissions, channel visibility, and server rules so they match your community’s needs. Guild configuration in the dashboard is subject to authorization checks; do not attempt to access or modify another server’s settings. You must comply with Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

You may not use the Service to harass, threaten, or deceive others; to violate applicable law; to distribute malware; to scrape or overload our systems; to probe or bypass security; to access data you are not entitled to; or to facilitate spam or fraud. You must not submit unlawful, abusive, or highly sensitive personal data through ticket or AI features without a valid legal basis and clear notice to affected users where required. We may rate-limit, revoke access, remove the bot from servers, or terminate accounts that abuse the Service.

Data roles. For ticket features, the Discord server owner and administrators who configure TempBot are the Data Controller for member interactions and ticket content in that community. TempBot acts only as a Data Processor on your instructions, using settings you choose in Discord and the dashboard.

Your responsibility. You control categories, permissions, and who can view channels or transcript links. You are responsible for ticket content and for complying with privacy and data-protection obligations toward your members.

Optional ticket AI (BYOK). Optional ticket AI uses BYOK (Bring Your Own Key). You supply API credentials for third-party providers such as OpenAI or Google (Gemini). Prompts and ticket excerpts required for a reply are sent to those providers' APIs under their terms. TempBot does not retain those outbound payloads for its own model training and does not use your ticket content or prompts to train machine-learning models operated by TempBot.

Restrictions. You must not use AI features to generate unlawful, deceptive, or harmful output or to exfiltrate secrets.

Premium tiers, credits, or subscriptions may be offered through the dashboard or third-party payment processors. Plan limits (including which features are available per tier) apply as shown in the product. Fees, renewal, and cancellation follow the terms shown at checkout and in your account. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Downgrades or cancellations may reduce access to gated features immediately or at the end of the billing period as disclosed at purchase.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS IF NO FEES APPLIED).

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
